I haven't done a crochet pattern in a while. Today's the day to start up a new one... I do have some lingering monster silliness to tackle and a pesky graph to get right before I start. Since it's been a while, I decided to go with a snail... and then a monster version of said snail.

I'm going to start with some mixture of these sketches. I like the head on the bottom middle's head and small shell on the top bottom for the regular snail doll. The monster snail's head is going to be a mash-up of the bottom left and right, along with the same shell. That's the plan, for now.
This weekend was filled with baseball and gardening and nothing crochet related. I turned the computer on once to help Hubs find something for his dad. It was swell. Look at the radishes I picked! I have bunches more, but have to figure out some yummy recipes first.
